What is an MSSP, and what is MSSP-Lite?
An MSSP is a managed security service provider: a company that watches over your computers and stops attacks for you. MSSP-Lite is our small business version. For $50 per device each month, it includes threat detection and response, patch and vulnerability management, malicious site blocking, email threat scanning, device monitoring, account administration, and quarterly security reviews, without a long-term contract. Automated protection runs 24/7. When something needs a human, you get a direct response from your security specialist. No call centers, no ticket queues.
Do you provide IT support and tech support for small businesses?
We're not a general help desk. We don't do printer troubleshooting, hardware repair, or on-site visits. What is included is account administration for Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace: creating and deactivating user accounts and setting up email forwarding, on request. Anything outside that scope can be quoted separately.
How much does cybersecurity for a small business cost?
Core protection is $50 per device per month and includes email threat scanning at no extra cost. Optional add-ons are Data Backup at $25 per device per month with unlimited storage, and Password Management at $6 per user per month. Both add-ons require the core plan. OneDrive and Google Workspace Drive are sync tools. They keep the documents in one designated folder mirrored to the cloud, and that is not a backup.
