What is an MSSP, and what is MSSP-Lite?
An MSSP is a managed security service provider: a company that watches over your computers and stops attacks for you. MSSP-Lite is our small business version. You get 24/7 threat monitoring, automatic updates, malicious site blocking, and email threat scanning for $50 per device each month, without the enterprise price tag or a long-term contract.
Do you provide IT support and tech support for small businesses?
Not yet! But it's coming! So stay tuned! Right now we focus 100% on cybersecurity: 24/7 threat monitoring, automatic patching, malicious site blocking, and email threat scanning. General IT support and tech support are on our roadmap, and we'll announce them as soon as they're ready.
How much does cybersecurity for a small business cost?
Core protection is $50 per device per month and includes email threat scanning at no extra cost. The only optional add-on is Data Backup at $7 per device (500GB pooled storage included free), plus $40 per TB of additional storage. You can build an exact monthly quote with our pricing calculator.
Isn't the antivirus that came with our computers enough?
No. Built-in antivirus only catches known files. Most break-ins today use stolen passwords, phishing emails, and unpatched software, which antivirus never sees. We add continuous monitoring by real people, automatic patching, and site blocking so the gaps are covered.
